Do any of your website visitors have web browser compatibility issues? I tried browsing the webpage with Opera and that is fine however being a Safari user, I would like it could have the same appearance and feel? I actually don't understand if it is an issue from my side or maybe someone could fix something from your end. As a result in the mean time I've got to make sure to visit your website with Opera or similar, which isn't my preferred internet browser. I am sorry if I am appearing fussy and believe I'm not the only person having this issue. Thanks.

Hi Dani,
your points are valid. I too am in the web development field and have gone through some of the things your going through. I went in a similar direction but instead of a coach, I turned to my wife for the objective eye and I haven't looked back since. As programmers we sometimes get caught up in the functionality and the design takes a back seat. As soon as I started listening to her suggestions and critiques about the sites I was building, everything started to fall into place. The best dadvice I can give you is, don't be afraid to spend a bit of money for templates or software, the results will be amazing and you'll spend more time on the fun-ctionality stuff.

Are you challenging me?
I love this part: "Consciously getting into situations that we are not used to". You are right, that is the real challenge.
Sometimes we believe we are open minded until we are required to be it. That is where the challenge resides. Acting the way we really think.

I agree that the Opportunity Bus is an terrific way to get some ideas going. The concept that opportunities are developed and identified by not only getting on The Bus, but by exchanging ideas and taking the time to brainstorm them is great. This is my first idea: how can we get over the instinctive stereotyping we all tend to do when we hear a name, hear an accent or look at a person that is different? How do we stop labeling groups of people? By becoming more open and accepting, more courageous in our relationships, taking a chance. Consciously getting into situations that we are not used to. I call this the CHAlleNGE... the challenge of CHANGE. Any comments?
